Pini Parma is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our dedicated returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all sartorial tags and labels remain attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
